Our Mission

Our Mission is our commitment to excellence. IBEW Local 415 strives for dignity in the workplace for all of our members by collectively bargaining for better wages, benefits, and working conditions.  We further these endeavors by extending these same opportunities to others in our trade through our attempts to organize non-union employees so that they may enjoy the benefits of bargaining collectively. We pride ourselves in our relationships, skills, abilities, and brotherhood. Our workers are some of the most highly skilled in the industry, and they carry with them a life-long dedication to their craft. We are dedicated to their success. We continue our efforts by promoting the interests of our organization and our members to the community. We strive to make a difference by educating the public and expanding our reach.
